Photos of men working - working hard at an honest living have always intrigued me. I don't think we see enough of that genre - it is, I suppose, a version of photojournalism - and you have captured it well here. I applaud your choice to convert to B&W. My concern is that folks who have not actually participated in a large pour will appreciate what you have here. If it were up to me - you would ribbon. Best of luck.

I suppose this might have been your only available vantage point, but the dark rooftops taking up most of the bottom of the frame don't do it any favors in my opinion.
