huh? is in reference to the title, not the photograph. the title lacks any sentence structure (even for a title). i thought maybe there was something to it that the author might be able to elaborate upon. i see that is not the case.

even now as i type i cannot understand what dark past close means. i gave it a 2 because the title is simply 3 words only one of which describes the existing photograph. the other 2 words do not seem to connect in any way to the photograph. none of the 3 words seem to connect in any format, not even in broken english (or another language for that matter).

sorry you felt disrespected, that was not the intention. i was merely perplexed so i replied with. huh?

i now revamp my huh? to what does this mean? and i still score it a 2

Ok comments as such are not apriciated at all all suspect from any one ! If you have to say anything about my photo do so ,dont give me (huh) and all this nonsence ,as a photographer yourself ,i think you will have more apriciacion about somebody elses work and comment as other people do normaly ! I am getting quite fedd up with comments as such and please next time ,save your comments for somebody else !!!!

Love the gloomy gold cloistered feeling. The pic seems to slant down on the right though, and looks quite out of focus (especially the roses). I imagine that given the dark conditions of the location, it would be very difficult to avoid this blurriness without a tripod, etc.

You have a little stuff on the lens there (or sensor). It's not really a typical portrait, and I can't really tell what the subject is supposed to be (the birds, or the people on the boat?)

I like the photo and the dirty grainy processing. The title is a bit odd though.

I think it is in some way too busy, contrasty and saturated.

Greetings from the CC
Hmm... well o n the plus side I like your subject, I like that her eyes really stand out and the splash of pink color on her skirt. You have also done a very good job getting a blurred effect/ DOF
I think you did poorly cause this is more of a portrait than PJ.
I am not sure that this compostion really works for me either. It is sort of different and creative, but I find myself wanting to turn my head to even her out. I think I would of liked it more if she were completely upside down vs. slanted. Or perhaps cropping a little bit tighter especially on the top and left about 1/2 inch.

Just some ideas.
