Excellent HDR and/or Posterization of an excellently-executed, while being difficult to perform timed-exposure! There is much artistic value and even photographic merit in this modern canvas.

I wish you well, even though we have both learned how fickle the DPC voter can be when it comes to art. I give you a "9" for ART! Kudos! :)

Now you know the processing is over the top, don't you? You may *not* know that over processing is not required for good "fine art" photos. As well, a good photo in this category would make me feel something. But for this image, tonight, I feel nothing. Are you in there somewhere? Were you trying to say something? I couldn't see it.
