Thanks, Sondra. Actually, I'm not a bible reader either. After I determined the rotated avocado was, in reality, a grasshopper, I googled "locust bible quote" to come up with the title.

Besides that this shot seems like a stretch for the challenge, there are some issues with the shot that the overall effect / impact do not overcome. The fairly extreme graininess, almost everything out of focus, a long leading line that exits the top of the photo for no apparent reason, the same with a fairly strong white line leading from the rightmost branch to nowhere. The cat's paw batting at the ornament gives some sense of "cute", but just doesn't overcome the distractions. 3
You might try cropping about the paw's width above the last knot on the tree, and maybe on the right side to just remove part of the rightmost branch (paw left 1/3 of shot, to tree trunk another 1/3, and rightmost branches the last 1/3. Just a thought.
