I soak them and then I cook them in a skillet with some of the beer. Enough to almost cover them, then let them cook until the beer reduces. You have to really watch them towards the end so they don't burn, but the beer leaves a nice caramelized coating on the brats when all done.

You can't notice it till you said something.
The uneven lighting is what catches my eye. The spotlight hitting the lower left corner is causing a harsh shadow. Something white would have reflected the light better I think. I would have the main light shine right on the white surface and bounce it onto the snack bar. So many lighting possibilities.
I agree that I like the direction the bar has, it matches the photo of it on the wrapper.
This snack bar looks really good. To bad I can't eat these things. I'm allergic to something that they put in them.
