Interesting subject. Light is okay, but the conversion to monochrome would be best represented in true b&w. The contrasts are not quite balanced. Your whites aren't quite white and the blacks are muddy. Well composed and framed.

Good idea, I think the composition could have nbeen a bit stronger by nop cropping the top of the outhouse off and maybe moving it a bit more right in the frame. The blown out highlights on the leaves distracts ab it as well.
