i love the colors - I really think this would have worked much better if more of the ice was in view and the trees would have been cropped out more - we are seeing more of the dark background than the image you are trying to show.

Nice idea, but the composition could have been better: tree coming out of head, no real focal point of the shot, etc. A slightly different angle and some serious cropping would have helped tremendously. I still liked this, which is why I gave it as a high a number as I did, but it really does come off as a vacation shapshot.
