I like the use of B&W in this one. I love the contrast and the vignetting is lovely and subtle. The arm/elbow sticking out of his head is a bit off-putting though :)

I like that it's over-exposed but still has strong contrast. Good focus and use of shallow depth of field as well.

Good use of directional lighting to bring some detail to his face. I also like the nice clean background. There is one thing that bothers me though. Its not full length its not mid length, its not tight. Its almost like you couldnt decide how to shoot it so you went somewhere in the middle. To me its an odd crop. I'd like to either see it full length, or cut at the waist, with the arms in a different position. He seems a bit stiff and put off that you are taking his photo. I find the hardest thing to working with people is getting everyone to relax. Including myself.
