	Double Team by kashi Comment by SergeP: I think you had the right idea.... for my money I would have thought that a shot of the boys with a shallow DOF would have been magnificent. The "oil" effect in the advanced editing really took a lot of the pic for my liking. I would have loved to see the detail of the joy on the face of the smaller child.

I don't know if there would be any way to make it more distinct while leaving the face as it is. Keep working on this high key technique. I think it can be very effective.

I know that images processed like this often do not do well, but I was really surprised to see how low this was voted. I loved it. Great composition, great sharpness, great color in the eyes, great details even with the high-key processing. The bang-on eye contact really makes it. Liza

This just shows how extraordinally shallow the voters at DPC are. You got robbed. If you don't give them the same thing over and over, they punnish you for it. Sorry for the rant. I absolutely love it.
