Without the title, which adds little to the photo, this is a lovely portrait shot of the tacker :) ... I think that she is lovely, but this does not meet the challenge to me ... I can't see what you think is there for all.

Someone loves the photographer! That is obvious!
The negative: horribly distracting background and give me that right heel.
The positive: great catchlight in the eyes, wonderful moment, and I actually like the overall framing of the shot if you'd drop it just a smidge (Note: the first time in my life I've used the word smidge! :) )
