An interesting image that meets the challenge well

Congratulations Konrad on your blue and winning this challenge. The motion blur in the water is most appealing together with your considered composition including the foreground rock around which the waters are spilling was a sensible decision. I do have one criticism in that the sea̢۪s horizon appears to be leaning to the right a little. The clouds in the sky are a nice addition to the overall result, all in all most pleasing.
