Improvement suggestions: image is too hot on the left side. I would not crop it though as the composition is perfect as it stands right now. Perhaps a slight curve adjustment would have helped.
Eyes - there is a light reflection in the retinas - something you could have tried to ameliorate by cloning or burning...
Still think that this will end up in top 10%.

eyes are too bright not enoufh dept and pupals are too sharp instead keep some grey in eyes and up saturate the color

Nice "tacktical" diagram from a yacht racing manual :-) The overall softness of it is sort of odd, and (to pick a nit) the tangency of the foreground pin witht he first red pin is offputting to me.

Eyes, scarf, excellent. Eyes -- incredible. The white space on the left I'm not liking so much. I would have preferred it cropped more on the left with possible white space on the right -- the direction she is looking, sort of.

One of my top 3. 10 from me. The only thing that I don't like is the different color border. But that is me and I am not taking away for that. Beautiful shot keep up the good work.
