I do agree that the nose and beads are just a tad overblown and might be helped a bit by taking this image into PhotoShop and going into levels and pulling back on the output whites just a tad ... if you have PhotoShop ... If not ... just pull back on the brightness a bit in any image editor as I don't think the rest would suffer too much if you did.

If I was gonna be fussy, I would say some noise reduction could help this a bit to make it look more smooth.

I very much like that this looks very candid and captured rather than posed. This is definitely NOT your average "snapshot"
