I hope you didn't open that bottle of dom just for this shot. If you did, I hope you had a great time. A little critic on this shot would be to tone down the lighting a little bit. I think this picture would have a little more impact with more romantic mood lighting. You could have tried to paint light on the dom label and then let the candles do the rest. Other than that, looks great.

I like the concept you are going for. The lighting is very harsh and doesn't do a lot for the shot; the foot and bubbles are almost lost because of it.

Since the theme for the challenge was "Architecture", this rendition is much more suited to the theme. I do agree, a priest, nun or worshiper posed off center left and not blocking any delightful architectural details would make an excellent 'Evironmental Portrait'. It is totally dependant on the intent of the photograph. Both images are well lighted, composed, and captured. Had I been available to vote on this challenge, I would have given a 10 for this one. Well done!

Nice composition. The background objects don't stand out, specifically the roses in the vase. A little too busy for my taste.
