Oh boy. Good detail in the hair in particular, something just doesn't look right here (to me). It's so centred for one, and the shadow on the face is distracting. I'm really not sure what this image is supposed to say to me.

I gain no feel from the movie Psycho and your image. I can not tell she is in the shower, and I can not see why she would be screaming. With her eyes mostly closed it also creates an odd feeling, like maybe just opening her mouth without really screaming just a pose. I enjoy the b/w and bit of texture and feel that works just not everything as a whole.
