A good idea to put someone in front of the ubiquitous projector in a meeting room... however I think that you would have gotten a stronger image with less details. Meaning: wider angle shot, capturing more of a business person with more of the environment. I did not need to see the specifics of the presentation, nor it serves any purpose as a generic stock photo to show a server farm topology or whatever that is...

An easy 8 from me. Everything looks perfect except that the shot lucks a bit dull in contrast on my CRT, and I understand it might pop on most any LCD so I'm not taking any points off, though I do wish his/her face where brightened up a bit compared to the rest of the shot. Splendid job posing this cute dog :)

7 - Nice portrait. Nice colors. My main nit-pick is the hair around the eyes, maybe a little 'clip'. The hay/pine needles/whatever are a nice element. As is what appears to be a Saint Francis of Assisi medal..
