In my opinion I think it is closer to a Rule of Thirds than center composition and your eyes are drawn up to the insects head and the cocoon, but i can easily see how others would assume center composition (so obviously not taking any points off for it).

	A Rainy Night in Paris by scarbrd Comment by CNovack: I saw this in the "Paris Must Sees?" thread last week. Love the mood captured of viewing the Eiffel Tower. The warm glow of the city lights and the lights illuminating the tower contrasts with the cold feel of a rainy wet night shown by the observers with umbrellas. As I was enjoying looking at your photo, inspiration struck me - it was that 'X' made by that prominent middle umbrella:-)
