I think you may have over-sharpened the image though. There's also a compression issue. There's jaggies on his nose and a bit of a halo.

Well composed and processed. Engaging expression from the man. A lot of textures and shades throughout to keep me interested. I just wish there was something on one of the steps on the right, just something whimsical... I know you can't go adding something like that in street photography, but it would be just the pop this image needs to elevate it to spectacular status.
