nice composition. love the strong diagonal from upper left to lower right. the duotone? processing helps to emphasize that, and also makes the background less distracting. I like this photo.

Another shot with the blinds in the background, which I kinda like because of the the different texture than a plain background and the shadows that are created by it. The pose is great. Love the fan and the eyes gazing over are very myserious, almost playful. If I would have stuck to martial arts, I could have learned the fan in a few years. Yes martial art toys are fun :)
