Really cool idea but to me the harsh lighting is a drawback. I think the great big shades also distract from the subject - the money.

The shadow across the face doesn't work. I suspect the sunlight at this time of day would have also been too harsh for a shot facing into the sun, as well. I would have ditched the sunglasses, since they provide too much of a mirror - the photographer is clearly visible. The background is also distracting and makes it look like a hasty shot without much thought put into it.

Great idea for the challenge. The one thing I would change would be to get rid of the sungalsses. Seeing his eyes in a close-up this this could make the shot - especailly if you could manage to get a cool reflection in them.

This shows up as pink, green and yellow, so not really complementary. I think it might have been a stronger image if the yellow flower was surrounded by the pink petals.
