this is kind of spooky, but i think the netting in front kind of ruins it. if you took that off and just shot this ominous mask, i think the image would be a lot stronger. the lighting and shadows are nice. 6.

Wow - very impressive shot. The low-key definitely adds to the mood of the image and the mask leaps out at you with its eerie expression. This is a really nice shot. Perhaps a tiny bit busy up in the upper right corner - I find that a bit distracting. But overall one of the best I've seen so far. 8

I can't say much bad about this photo. Very good on the technical side - lighting, focus, and colors. Composition seems good to me because the subject isn't in the exact center, which wouldn't work well for this shot. Also very aesthetically pleasing and very creative. Looks like it could be a good stock photo. My only suggestion to make this a better photo concerns the lighting. There could be a little less glare, and with some effort, the shadow under the pencil could be eliminated.

Overall a good photo, as is reflected by your score. Keep shooting!

too bad we're not allowed to burn/dodge. lowering th contrast would flatten it out too much, but the light and the woman end up a bit hot for me. beautiful composition and staging. 7
