The lighting and the off center composition give a feeling of loneliness and mystery to the figure on the bench. There are from distracting elements - the garbage can, the bits of something highlighted in the darkness beyond the figure. I might even crop from the sides and top (even crop out the light) to tighten the focus thematically.

Great shot!! I love the vail. it gives it great depth. The lighting is very dramatic. There is just one thing that bugs me, the pearls at the top right hand corner. Good luck
