Technical: Most all images submitted fit the challenge. This does very nicely. Exposure composition focus lighting all good.

Personal: Definitely conveys moodiness- not quite enough information here to convey what the subject is, but enough to gain a feeling. And that's enough.

Good mix of colors and focus on the main object. Right stem is blurred from a distant object? That blur distracts from the whole.

Beautiful image with excellent composition. I wouldn't change anything in it. Does look like the day before a snow storm to me, and we all know that there is a slight change in the air then, so I would have to say it does meet the challenge as well.
