02 - Dawnby ursulaComment by Neil: Great color and color transitions...I love the ripples. But a little something to think about is the horizontal factor...seems a less dynamic feeling of motion than it could be...I'm thinking it might be interesting to try some tilted versions. |

Somehow before I missed that you were posting...looking forward to see more of your work. |

04 - Sleeping Dog Islandby ursulaComment by bsluijk: Nice contrast between the sharp lines in the bubble, and the bokeh background. The colors bring it all nicely together. Your careful framing adds interest. |

04 - Sleeping Dog Islandby ursulaComment by HarveyG: Gallery worthy for sure. I for one prefer abstracts of camera shake in a forest of tall trees, if that paints the picture? Yet I have started to enjoy this type of work even though there is a complete disconnect from reality here. I like the feel of Terra Firma in an image, it's safe and perhaps staid so bear with me whilst I get to grips with your reality. Love the colours and flow and the macro circles of confusion are beautiful. |

03 (Original) - Snowby ursulaComment by Abra: A beautiful abstract. The tones and soft texture is wonderful. I would never have guessed it as snow, but then again I̢۪ve only ever seen snow a couple of times in my life. |

04 - Sleeping Dog Islandby ursulaComment by ursula: FWIW,
(1) I listed the wrong lens for this one. Made with the Sigma macro 150mm F/2.8
(2) As to the "disconnected" bokeh, in case anyone was wondering, it's one picture, the bokeh is not added or anything like that. To me it's not disconnected. The island, the sleeping dog, is dreaming, and the bokeh is his dreams :) But, I can understand if someone sees it as disconnected. |

04 - Sleeping Dog Islandby ursulaComment by MacDonald: Well I would know it's an ursula at first glance - I know what other people who commented mean when they say the Bokeh seems a bit out of place but it's something different as most just fade off - it's good to see something different and I hope you continue to surprise us with unusual b/gs |

04 - Sleeping Dog Islandby ursulaComment by Kroburg: Love the foreground layers finding their way around the bubble. Beautiful colours. I'm so surprised you can do this stuff with that 18-200mm lens; I know it is a great all-purpose lens but never expected this kind of close-ups. Great job! |

03 - Snowby ursulaComment by Kroburg: Beautiful picture, great smooth lines and soft tones. Very surprised it is (only) snow, really expected something else. |
