This almost works. I like the idea of framing the scene with the car window and driver's arm. Wish you were closer to the people and the shopping cart so that they were larger in the frame.

I really enjoy your choice of black and white. It turns the image into a story piece instead of just a portrait which creates intrigue for the viewer. For me, i think that the image is in the muddy middle of being a little too blurry. Whether its not sharp enough, or not blurry enough to create a more abstract image. Regardless its an interesting image. good luck!
