All the challenges as I see it has three factors as DPC describes it: the challenge theme itself, the photo should be creative and the photo should be interesting. You may have failed on the challenge part but you scored very well on the most important parts which is to make a nice photo.
It's exciting, mystic and makes me think who she she is and what she is doing there.
I love it. Even the reflection in the glass of the tree/forest is appropriate but it's unfortunate that the cars (looks like two) was there. But I guess it they weren't yours to move or you would've done it.

Well, I guess there's red under all that water, but couldn't you have found some really red leaves? Some autumn leaves are the most amazing, rich red; these have a few red lines running through them.
