poodlesoftby posthumousComment by talj: There is definitely a nice softness to this image, IMHO composition could be improved, maybe by getting down to the dogs level |

See It Throughby posthumousComment by undieyatch: ....I see pleasing hot red as a lead-in & anchor to a good composition utterly without naïveté - a basic design element that persuades the eye to explore the nuance. |

she worries I will steal her soulby posthumousComment by DrAchoo: Not bad, but I think in the end just a bit too dark. The colors are also tending to a muddy brown instead of black. Not sure about that. A simple thing (and I'm docking you for this) would have been to clone that hot pixel out. 5 |

See It Throughby posthumousComment by posthumous: I could play with toning down the red petal. the light areas around the leaf are water. the leaf is floating in water. I turned the picture sideways. :) |

See It Throughby posthumousComment by talj: A good abstract, I like the focus on the leaf but find the red petal? a little overpowering. Also there is a a light colours area around the stork of the leaf, is this editing or just the way the B/G was? :o) |

birdby posthumousComment by talj: Lovely words Don. As far as the picture goes I would possibly have cropped about half an inch off the left handside to get rid of the bottom left han dcorner which for me is a little busy. Other than that the image appears to suit the poem and in thus serves its purpose. |
