Nice, emotional capture...works well in b&w. Not sure about composition that house at background feels little distracting...maybe could shot it in other direction.

the colors are weird, but they came out of the camera that way (accentuated by curves). The flower really did have green in its petals.

You are correct! Like you said, I sacrificed everything for composition. And I think grain is sexy.
