Its a little too confusing for me.. :)

Having said that.. I would still use this photo as a wallpaper or even as an "interview-photo" to get the candidate interpret the photo as to what they make out of it..
It's pretty "thought" provoking!

Im actually not sure whether or not this is a Gary Larson cartoon. Im going to give you the benefit of the doubt (even though I love well made remakes too) and say you came up with this rather clever strip on your own. Good luck on the challenge.
