I would like to have seen his feet, and if taken from a lower angle, his head and hat could have stood out against the sky instead of blending into the background. This is a fun shot though, and I see you took it from a car window. Should have stopped and gotten out. (Would-a, could-a, should-a -- very helpful -- not!) At this point I agree with Bob: color in the suit and balloons would spark things up.
