Windowby posthumousComment by colorcarnival: I've looked at this a couple of times I think because of the two black blotches at the bottom of the window. Everyone keeps saying cats, cats and I cannot find them. And so today - I see the kitty. I am a person who looks at a whole picture and usually misses the finer details. So at least today I got past that obstacle.
I was looking at it from the perspective of a picture within a picture. Love the way the reflections jump out of the picture and that the black blotches at the bottom pulled me away from the rest.
My initial preference would have been that there be a little less glare on the kitty face - I guess for the quick glancing people like me. However, now that I have found the kitty, I really do enjoy it the way it is. |

Embrace of the Umbrellasby posthumousComment by JunieMoon: The potential for this shot is really great, but the execution of this particular image was not the best. A better sky would have helped, and maybe some fill in light for the lower parts of the umbrella would have gotten rid of the grain which occurred due to low light. |

Windowby posthumousComment by nixter: My first thought is I'm looking out of my dark world, through a portal, into another plane or dimension. One that is bright and sunny and cheerful, only there's a catch... this world is full of cats! |

Windowby posthumousComment by boysetsfire: my reaction to this when i see it again and again is that i cant believe i added a picture of a cat into my fav's :)
i love it, it actually makes me feel a little "closed in" i want to sit in the cats place and see what it's seeing but all i get is a tasty reflection of it. |
