OK I have to be honest and say that this image really doesnt do it for me. I confess I nearly auto reacted and hit a 2, but then considered that although i may not be to my taste - fortunately for the world - I am not the arbiter of what is good and what isnt and I reckon there will be some people who love this. It meets the challenge in an interesting and unique way. Not something that I would really enjoy looking at for a period of time but there are qualities in it.

As I recently lived (and hope to live again) in a place where sights like this are very common, I'd have seen the "link" right away - the parts now missing where the vine was trimmed away. Of course, that may not have been what you intended, but that's what I see with respect to the challenge. Beyond that, I really like the picture.
