Modified 2by posthumousComment by roz: buildings that look like they need some love really appeal to me .. i should bash my house around a bit for those photographic opportunities .. lol ..
anyway .. i really like how you have made the window the focus of attention in your editing version .. i love reflections .. and i like the way you have connected the window and the trees by bringing out the blues .. and even tho the building and foreground have the most space its the window and the trees against the sky that get my attention .. another thing i like about this is a feeling of impending doom almost .. the winter landscape .. the building that feels haunted almost .. |

Modified 2by posthumousComment by Melethia: I was about to say you added magic to that window but name beat me to it. Since two or of two of us say it, it must be so! |

Moving the White Kingby posthumousComment by 2mccs: Ha! I saw this and wondered why Don didn’t give it a blue hand then saw it was yours. I’m glad to see you got Mita’s blue. Really interesting strange and wonderful image. |

Modified 1by posthumousComment by mariuca: For me some of the mystery of the original is missing, probably because you eliminated the foggy separation by a crisp vertical line.
Perhaps just bringing to light the right side with the woman and leaving the rest untouched...
I am always in two minds upon modifying an image |
