sorry . i'm not a huge fan of saying anything negative when i comment on a photo .. i like to see what i do like rather what i dont .
of course that sentence will be followed by a BUT . ;)
in writing that i have looked more than twice at your photo and in the looking something has changed .. from initially not really liking your selective desat i've actually become a fan .. !! ..
it brings my eye to what i feel is your hole in the wall .. leading me there so to speak .. i'm not totally sure if the definite rectangular shape that is saturated is the actual hole or the cracks .. but i dont care .
it works for me . :)

Couldn't make up my mind about a 5 or an 8, so forgot to vote. The landscape aspect here is kind of evasive, but the framing and the the bright patch of trees, with its textures, colors, lines and charming harmony are quite compelling. So, despite the votes, deserving of enjoyment and appreciation. Hope I wouldn't have copped out to a 6, but forged ahead with my initial impression.
