Yeah, Steffi is a nice looking girl. You did great getting her to pose for you, some light in the eyes as well.
Could you try a version with less smoothing and the reds toned down a bit?
A starting point could be (I did it fast in PS CS2) to use the color balance:
Midtones: -15, +15, -2
Highlights: -25, 0, +3
Shadows: -5, 0, -5

After that it is not perfect, but you get the point of tweaking those numbers. :)

the idea and the composition are good but I think that you have exposed on the reflection and the bottle is too dark.
