Infernoby mariomelComment by carolee: I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking at, but it does feel like glass! I like the symmetry and the color -- it really sets an almost churchlike mood. |

Infernoby mariomelComment by tomzinho: very dark and abstract, which isn't a bad thing, although its hard for me to identify what the glass object is. |

Infernoby mariomelComment by jodiecoston: Very effective and interestng use of lighting. I like the shots in which people used the properties of glass to achieve creative effects. Nice work. |

Infernoby mariomelComment by LeahStephen: Wow, now this is just a stunning picture! You've got some great lines going here, and the light source is placed perfectly to accentuate those lines. |

All Birds and No Beesby mariomelComment by Paige: CC by Paige
Hello there, thanks for the chuckle!
First off, I think this is a great photojournalistic shot.
Definatley fauna with a great title.
The only thing I could add to what you already know is that composition wise it is usually better to have more room in front of your subject then it is to have it behind, kind of a leading into the frame instead of out of the frame. Otherwise I like the way you have composed the birds with the fence and the brick.
Good job on this challenge and good luck with future ones. |

Three Views Around the Lakeby mariomelComment by LindaLee: Beautiful photos, and in this case I am glad that you did not try to go black and white. The color is so much more powerful. I like the misty look, and I like the overall effect of the lighting. |
