I like what you did with the color, it's very intriguing. I would have placed the house just a bit more off center and lost the gray border. Nice shot.

If you could have opened your aperture a little more so as to blur the background shoreline some, we would be able to just focus on the great shapes and textures in these roots. As it is, the houses in the distance keep drawing my eye away from the trees. 8 -danny
