Thousand Yard Stareby Delta_6Comment by CNovack: Wonderfully sharp details in this cheetah as it prepares to make the dash that captures it's dinner. Love the colors and shapes (spots) on this animal. |

I'm watching you.by Delta_6Comment by sfalice: GREETINGS FROM THE CRITIQUE CLUB
Um, like art roflmao, I agree that you still have mojo.
Maybe the slight lack of coloration had something to do with it, or maybe there is still a problem with zoo animals amongst the voters. Who knows why scores are the way they are these days.
there's nothing wrong with this image, and we both know it. Sharp, crisp, well positioned in the frame, highlights in the correct spots, and yeah, maybe not enough 'color' in the fur to attract the folks looking for saturation.
Good luck in your next entry. You know you're doing just fine. So do I. |

I'm watching you.by Delta_6Comment by Art Roflmao: Hey, I thought you were banned! ;-) Lots o' folks guessed you so you obviously nailed your sig. My guess on scoring is that it feels slightly desat'd when I think most tiger shots are injected with bright orange dye. ;-) You still have mojo, dude. |

I'm watching you.by Delta_6Comment by Tabby: You have found my weakness. Where did you take this picture, and when is the best time for me to steal him/her?
But seriously, this was captured at pretty much what I would assume to be the perfect moment. The depth-of-field, as always, really brings out the important part of the picture; the eyes. 8) |
