I know. If someone went around and "identified" as Napoleon, we would not just pretend he was Napoleon, and would most likely get him help to correct the actual problem. But for some reason in these cases, we throw off all common sense and let them indulge their fantasy (which is fine) but are forced to all play along (which is not).
