Despite the whole colour thing, I can see where you are going with the Mondrian influence. Thought it maybe a diptych when I saw the thumbnail. Well, I suppose in a sense it is a natural diptych. Well seen

The empty right half, the populated left half, the why is that? The bare window; the window with blinds. And pigeons. And an excellent title. I'm ever so glad you have a lensbaby. (And I'm Mondrian-clueless, so there's no influence one way or another.)

Mondrian was ahead of his time, a genius of geometric design. This has an interesting perspective and time warp effect.
