If the flower is taken as a background(tho' it is not blurred) then the picture goes well with the caption.

as for bokeh, I think you captured it here. The foreground (youngin') would be nothing without the blurred image of the full-grown Susan in the background. It shows a bit of a time progression in a way - stages and cycles. good job capturing the challenge!
