Sanctuaryby cresusComment by fritzoschitzo: well done. a lot of times, i see shots like these with way too much contrast or, making the windows super white and the inside too dark. but you have captured a very well-balanced setting that shows a lot of flattering detail. |

Sanctuaryby cresusComment by SandyP: Wow. The sharpness in this obviously low light setting is stunning. A beautiful photo for duotones. |

Sanctuaryby cresusComment by AllThatJazz: I know it is not easy to take pictures inside a church, but you did an amazing job! I would love to see this picture in color. |

Sanctuaryby cresusComment by AFViper: Bump up the contrast and brightness here should improve the photo, and make it "pop out" more. |

Almost...there...by cresusComment by cresus: I wanted to thank everyone for their great comments. As for how many tries it took...I'd say probably about 50. So if it weren't for my obsessive compulsive dog I'd never have been able to get this shot. I'm happily suprised at how well this did. Thanks again. |

Almost...there...by cresusComment by front_element: Bad luck on not getting a ribbon, but congrats on the top 10 finish!
I think this was one of the most difficult images to capture from the entire challenge. |

Almost...there...by cresusComment by scalvert: Remarkably well done. The form and frozen motion are great. Could use a little more saturation, but I still have this pegged for blue or red. Good luck! 10 |
