Fire & Ice..waterby bmoraComment by Rebecca: I think there isn't enough crisp detail to redeem this concept. I would also like to see the entire bottle, but the top is lost up in the negative space. |

Fire & Ice..waterby bmoraComment by thegrandwazoo: I like the different tones in the fire from the coals to the bottle. I wish it was a little sharper. Good effort. Because of the soft focus I gave you a 5.

Fire & Ice..waterby bmoraComment by TrynityRose: The concept is great but I think there needs to be more emphasis on the water bottle. I'm looking at it like a product shot and so you need to have the water stand out more. Maybe a quick 'painting with light' on the bottle so you dont overexpose the fire but still have the bottle lit brighter. |

10 ways to see things... (10 spots on eyeball)by bmoraComment by DjFenzl: what I like:
Great depth of field. The color and the softness of the wings is wonderful. very interesting subject. Bonus for having him sit on a lens ;)
what I don't like:
It seems a little dark overall. I understand a shot like this is hard to light but I would have liked the eye a little brighter to really bring out the spots. The blur below it is a little distracting.
Seems like this may have been a luck of the moment kinds of shots. Nice catch. |
