Virtual Waldo!!!by robconComment by basia03: you got blurred lines as the result of re-sizing... still, this one of the very few pictures that actually meets the challenge... |

Monday Morning Traffic @ Heathrow!by robconComment by robcon: Justine - you're right about it being a handheld, and hence the lack of sharpness. I was actually sitting in a moving (albeit barely moving) plane when I took it, so I just didn't get a chance to setup things properly, like the ISO. RC |

Monday Morning Traffic @ Heathrow!by robconComment by justine: #45 Critique Club Assignment Good perspective. My eye runs right down the line-up taking in the shapes and colors. This is perfect for the challenge and speaks volumes. My guess is this is hand held and that is the reason for the blur, grain out of focus appearance. I'm also guessing it was a dark day with a flat sky. Why the ISO of 400. Over all I like this shot very much. Not sure how you got out there to shoot it, but think it's wonderful that you did. |

Monday Morning Traffic @ Heathrow!by robconComment by KarenB: Nice lines leading the eye into the photo. I think this is okay in this direction even though others may have commented that it be horizontally flipped. I think breaking the rules for this one works well. Unfortunately the photo's quality makes it suffer a bit... otherwise, nice idea, colors and framing. |

Monday Morning Traffic @ Heathrow!by robconComment by ganders: On another challenge I'm not sure I'd rank this so highly - I'm not too keen on the framing (although I can't decide how I would have cropped it better!) but it does exactly what a front page picture has to do - tells a story - and it tells it well. Cracking stuff! |
