Friday Night Lightsby dleachComment by heathen: the blur doesn't bother me as others have probably mentioned...mix it with some interesting PP'ing and I think you've got a fairly compelling image |

Friday Night Lightsby dleachComment by md8speed: I'm not sure that I'm a fan of the shutter speed on this one. It seems to be somewhere between the crisp action shot and a longer exposure to show movement, but personally, the exposure inbetween those two doesn't really work |

Friday Night Lightsby dleachComment by theSaj: Not sure if you were trying for the slow-motion impressionism. It's better than just being out of focus. But it doesn't quite work for me. Not my cup of tea. Interesting experiment though. |

35lb King!by dleachComment by dleach: Yes... we ended up with a lot of King. I used a bunch of it for a fish fry on a Boy Scout camping trip last.
At this site, we caught 6 and released 2 kings on the Sunday. On Monday morning we caught 2 kings and numerous ling (or cobia) but only one ling was of legal size.
Fun trip. We fished this oil rig earlier in the summer and caught a ton of sharks and kings (limits). While fishing a 7-8 ft hammerhead shark rolled up beside the boat and hung around. So I rigged up a line with one of the fish we caught and tossed it in.... he took it. We fought the shark for 30-40 minutes and even got it to the side of the boat but he spit out the bait. We didn't have big enough hooks.
Nice site. |

Sunday Family Driveby dleachComment by nhuto: Don't worry, this is part of their dayli life. I'm originally from Vietnam. This is what you would see from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. |

Futureby dleachComment by Melethia: I'm not at all familiar with HDR processing so my assumption it was a bit oversharpened is probably erroneous. Didn't even recognize the place - thought it was in the orient somewhere! After all, this is more "green" than I've seen around here in months! :-) |
