Mr. Critterby sherpetComment by sherpet: Yes, I always carry a water spray bottle, especially for insects. It often wakes them up, but is also refreshes them, and it can often give a nice effect. This one really let me have it when I sprayed him, as he hissed at me, often.....
I also use it for plants and flowers in case they wilt.

Mr. Elephant Beetleby sherpetComment by Mr_Pants: Incredible detail in this. I particularly like the sheen captured on the head of the beetle. It almost looks to me as though it's surrounded by fire at a first glance. The background colours go so well with the colours of the plant on which it's sitting. |

Perhaps a non-square crop here would make it even more interesting, but I'm not sure about that. |
