Looks like a papaya to me... I have seen paw paw trees in South Virginia (USA) but the fruits were small and green and unripe. I never would have guessed it looked like this inside. And I agree with you: the contrast of the orange flesh and the back seeds is very effective !

I was wondering where my onion went. Nice one Sher.

Today I start a week long macro theme with one vegetable. Seven macros with one veggie.

I'm thinking about suggesting this as a week long side challenge. The challenge would last 1 week and you must photograph the same veggie or fruit for that week. What do you think? Any suggestions?
