A macro image of a large mushroom.
I love the abstract lines in this one.

Sherryl! I LOVE this! Going straight into my faves for the graphic lines and the different colors on the inside of each "membrane" (?). This would be wonderful in B&W.

Very close and very nice. I like the abstractness of this image too. Must have been a pretty big mushroom like a portabello, or some real close and steady close up work there. I like how the DOF is soft at the top and bottom; it really helps frame the image nicely. Well done.

Fantastic shot. Love the lines, and how you can see the colors and designs on the sides of the ... well, whatever they're called. :)

The lines are very abstract and the DOF works wonderfully to concentrate the eyes on the waves and folds.

The area in focus is very impressive with the flecks of color. The lower blur is distracting otherwise I like it alot.

Very nice ! I love mushrooms - including macros of them. I agree with JR about the tighter crop.

Natures diversity gives me endless amazement. You have a fine talent for capturing and sharing sweet bits of it with us at DPC.

This is really nice. Nothing wrong about this except maybe a tighter crop up top because of the blur, it kind of detracts once you notice it. I have to try this, there are so many different varieties of shrooms at the market.

Those are indeed fun lines and the texture on the inside walls is so interesting too.

This is very cool - definitely not something you see everyday (at this magnification). Nice job!
