Way too out of focus. It seems your camera is not capable of focusing at this close a range. Either stick to shots that the camera is capable of or take the shot from a distance and crop down to what you want (losing resolution, of course).
Colour saturation seems good, it's a nice strong blue.
The shape of the light reflection in their eyes is also nicely round.

it's a cute picture, but i would prefer a not so soft focus. i like the comp. and the color. the blue thing on the bridge of the nose is distracting. good lighting.
