Peeking at youby KrisbyComment by tootsweet: I feel that the eye isn't framed well. The shadow from the thumb stops the line of the eye. I would move the hand towards the ear. Also, too much editing for my tastes. |

Peeking at youby KrisbyComment by one2one: Lovely pose and use of colours. The shadows in the bg are grainy but that's not something that takes away from the overall composition. It may be because of over-processing. |

Thinking they where aliensby KrisbyComment by klstover: Oh my... you know, I liked this a whole lot. I don't like photos of this subject in general, because they are very overdone and I'm just tired of seeing them. They have to have something unique to appeal to me. This one did. The uniqueness was the "dreamy" quality created by the softer focus. I thought the dreamy quality fit quite nicely with this particular challenge. And that's why I love this photo so much more than his recent ribbon winning shot. |

Thinking they where aliensby KrisbyComment by mchalmers: First of all, let me start by saying that this is a beautiful photograph.
But you are in the unfortunate position of having Aurora Borealis as your subject, a favourite of Laurus, who is most definately one of (if not) the best photographers on the site..
So fair or not, your photograph is almost guaranteed to be judged against Laurus'. Good luck with that. ;) |
